We were engaged by Tyro Payments for an eight-month period to support technical talent acquisition, focusing on building two new engineering squads.

Our role involved headhunting and hiring for key technical positions, including:

  • Mobile Engineers (iOS - SwiftUI, Android - Kotlin)

  • Front End Engineers (React, TypeScript)

  • Full Stack Engineers (React, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS)

This initiative played a crucial role in strengthening Tyro Payments' engineering capabilities.

We were brought on to implement the ATS system BreezyHR to streamline recruitment operations as :Different scaled its teams. The project was successfully completed within 1.5 months, enhancing the efficiency of their hiring process.
