We aren’t pushy
Recruiters have a reputation, and a fair bit of it is earned. We don't chase, we don't pressure and we won't rush you into a decision — whether you're hiring or being hired. You'll get a straight answer and the room to think about it.
Remote-first
We work across time zones without making a fuss about it, which means we can take clients anywhere and spend the day on the actual work instead of the commute. You won't see much of us. You'll definitely notice the work.
